AI automation agency
An AI automation agency that ships one thing first.
An AI automation agency builds the software that removes repetitive work from a business: it maps a process, connects the systems that process touches, and replaces the manual steps with code and language models. A good one starts with a single workflow, prices it as a fixed piece of work, and proves the hours it gives back before proposing anything larger. A bad one sells a platform, a discovery phase or a monthly seat license before anything runs.
What an AI automation agency actually does
The work is mostly integration and judgement rather than model wrangling. Almost every business already owns the systems the work lives in, and the value sits in the gaps between them: the moment where a person reads something in one place and types it into another.
AI earns its place in exactly the parts a rule cannot express, which is reading unstructured input, drafting, classifying and summarising. Everything else is ordinary deterministic code, because a rules engine that always works beats a model that usually does.
- Map the process as it really runs, including the workaround nobody remembers is a workaround.
- Connect the systems it touches, using what you already pay for rather than a new platform.
- Automate the mechanical steps, and put a person in front of anything expensive to get wrong.
- Define what happens when it fails, and who gets told.
- Hand over a runbook, so the automation survives the person who commissioned it.
How to tell a real one from a reseller
The market filled up fast, and a lot of it is a thin layer on top of someone else’s no-code tool sold at a markup. Four questions separate them, and any honest agency will answer all four without a proposal.
- Will you price one workflow, fixed, before any commitment to a second?
- What does it cost to run per month, and can you estimate that to the dollar now?
- What happens when the third-party system is down, and who finds out first?
- Do we own it, or are we licensing our own process back from you?
What it costs
Published, which is unusual in this market. Workflow automation is priced per workflow in three sizes and delivers one live in about three weeks, split 50% to start and 50% on handover. Third-party running costs are yours, estimated up front to the dollar, and if a design would be expensive to run we redesign it rather than passing you a surprise.
Buying one workflow at a time is deliberate. It keeps the first purchase small enough that you are judging delivered work rather than a pitch.
What it is worth, and who measured it
21×
A lead contacted within five minutes was 21 times more likely to qualify than one contacted after thirty. Most small firms reply the next working day.
4.9 hrs
Knowledge workers put 58% of the working day into coordinating work rather than doing it, and estimate better processes would give back 4.9 hours a week each. Multiply that by a charge-out rate.
These are findings from published research on the wider market, measured by the people named beside each one. They are not results we are promising you, and we do not have client results of our own to show yet, which we would rather say plainly than dress up.
Questions
What is an AI automation agency?
A team that builds the software removing repetitive work from a business: mapping a process, connecting the systems it touches, and replacing the manual steps with code and language models. The good ones deliver one workflow at a time for a fixed price rather than selling a platform or a discovery phase.
How much does an AI automation agency cost?
Ours is priced per workflow, published on the pricing page, and a first workflow typically goes live in about three weeks. Agencies that will not name a number until you have sat through a discovery call are usually pricing you rather than the work.
How long before an automation pays for itself?
Divide the fixed price by the hours it gives back each month at your real cost per hour. Most of the processes worth automating (intake, invoicing, onboarding, recurring reports) return several hours a week, which is why we insist on costing the current process before quoting.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Usually not, and we would rather you did not. Most of the value is in the gaps between the systems you already run, so the work is integration. If a tool genuinely cannot do what you need, we will say so before you buy anything.
