For firms of 2 to 50 who are losing work they never hear about

Stop losing work to firms that answer faster than you.

Missed calls, enquiries answered next working day, quotes that take a week, a site slow enough to lose buyers on a phone. Each one is revenue going somewhere else. We build the systems that close those gaps, host them, and keep them working.

Every price published. Starting costs nothing.

We build with TypeScript, Astro, React, Laravel, AdonisJS, Cloudflare, Postgres, MySQL, OpenAI, Anthropic, Playwright, Stripe, and integrate with whatever your firm already pays for.

01What we make

Five things, and you can buy just one.

Each one closes a specific leak: calls nobody answers, enquiries that go cold, hours nobody billed, buyers who leave before the page loads. Most firms juggle a web designer, an SEO contractor, an IT person and whoever set up the CRM three years ago. We do all of it, so nobody gets to say the problem belongs to someone else.

Build

Website

You already pay for the traffic. Google-commissioned research measured a 0.1 second speed improvement lifting retail conversion by 8.4%, and most small-firm sites are seconds behind, not tenths. Hand-built and server-rendered, so it is fast for buyers and readable by Google and ChatGPT on the first request.

$3,000 to $18,000

two to eight weeks

AutomateNew line

AI Receptionist

A missed call is a client who rang the next firm on the list. An HBR audit of 2,241 firms found 23% never responded to a web enquiry at all. This answers in about one ring, day or night, and books into your real calendar instead of promising a callback.

$2,500 to $14,000

plus from $250/mo

two to six weeks

AutomateNew line

AI Assistant

Research measured a lead contacted within five minutes as 21x more likely to qualify than one contacted after thirty. Most small firms reply the next working day. This answers on your site from your own material and replies in your inbox within minutes at any hour, then chases politely until someone does.

$2,000 to $11,000

plus from $180/mo

two to five weeks

Automate

Workflow Automation

Every hour a senior person spends retyping is an hour nobody billed. Pick the job your team hates most and we cost it in hours per month, using your numbers, before quoting. Quotes going out the same day instead of next week is a win-rate change, not a tidiness one.

$2,400 to $13,000

per workflow

AI Visibility

Your clients ask Google, and increasingly they ask ChatGPT instead. We make your site readable, quotable and trusted by both, then prove it with crawler logs and citation checks rather than a dashboard nobody believes.

$1,800 to $9,500

one-off, then monthly

Or hand us the whole thing

Monthly care plans run $290/mo for hosting, monitoring, security and backups, up to $3,800/mo for what amounts to a technical department without the headcount. 3 tiers, all published, side by side here.

What that looks like on a Monday

  • The calls you currently lose to whoever answers first, answered and booked.
  • Enquiries replied to in minutes, so you are the firm that got there first.
  • Senior people off data entry and back on work you can bill.
  • Quotes out the same day, while the buyer is still deciding.
  • A faster site, so more of the traffic you already pay for turns into enquiries.
  • Named by ChatGPT when a buyer asks who to call, instead of a directory.
02How it works

It starts with a free call, not a proposal.

On that call we put an hours-per-month or a lost-enquiries number against each thing worth fixing, using yours rather than an industry average. You can enter at any step and stop at any step.

  1. 01

    A free call

Twenty minutes. We name the three things costing you the most and tell you which ones we would not bother fixing. No deck, no obligation.

  2. 02

    A written quote

You pick one thing. We scope it and quote the real number in writing, at the published price, before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Built, and shown to you

Weeks rather than quarters, and the timeline scales with the size you picked. You see it working, in parallel with your current process, before it goes in front of a client.

  4. 04

    We run it

A monthly care plan from $290/mo. Hosting, uptime, security, backups and everything we built, on our side of the line rather than yours.

One team, one bill, and the risk is ours.

On a care plan, hosting, uptime, security patching, backups, every automation we built and every AI product we set up sit on our side of the line. If it breaks at two in the morning it is our problem, not a ticket you have to raise.

What it is not: a 24-hour helpdesk. We are a small studio, our response windows are published on the pricing page, and they are written to be under-promised.

03Proof

No client logos. Three things you can check instead.

Most agency proof is a logo you cannot verify and a testimonial nobody wrote. These take about five minutes between them and need nothing from us.

Run the scan on your site, then on ours.

Ten seconds, no signup. It tells you whether the assistants can read you at all. If they cannot, every buyer who opens a chat window instead of a search box is being handed a competitor they can read.

    Run the free scan
  2. 02

Read the prices before you call.

Every number is published, which almost nobody in this market does. You can work out what this costs and what it has to earn back before you speak to anyone, instead of after three meetings.

Open a site we built, on your phone.

ebikeoracle.com. Ours rather than a client’s, run by one person on about $6 a month of hosting. It is the build standard you would be buying, not a case study, and we would rather you judged the work than a screenshot of it.

    Open the site

And this is the part almost no firm ever sees: its own server log, and who is really reading it.

Highlighted lines are AI assistants reading the site in real time, from a build we run. On it, OpenAI's crawler is busier than Google's. Most firms have no idea whether this is happening on theirs, which is the point: you cannot win the enquiry from an assistant that has never read you.

Can AI actually read your site?

Ours fetches your page as GPTBot and PerplexityBot and reports what the network layer really serves them, which is a thing almost no competitor tests. Every check is shown, nothing is held back for an upsell, and there is no signup.

It is also a fair test of us: run it on this site and see what we score. Then take the free twenty-minute call and we will tell you which three things are worth doing.

The free scan24 checks · ~10s

Every check shown, no signup. The call adds the part no scanner can see: what the assistants actually answer, and which of your processes is costing you the most.

05Questions we get
What does an AI agency actually do?
For a firm your size, five things, and each one closes a specific revenue leak. Website design and build, so more of the traffic you already pay for becomes an enquiry. An AI receptionist, so the calls you currently lose stop going to whoever answers first. An AI agent for your site and inbox, so you reply in minutes rather than next working day. Workflow automation, so senior people stop doing data entry and bill that time instead. And AI visibility, so an assistant names you rather than a directory. You can buy any one on its own.
What does it cost, and why do you publish that?
Websites run $3,000 to $18,000, an AI receptionist $2,500 to $14,000, an AI assistant $2,000 to $11,000, a workflow automation $2,400 to $13,000, AI visibility $1,800 to $9,500, and monthly care plans start at $290/mo. Every product comes in three sizes and the sizes are contiguous, so there is no gap for your job to fall into, and each one publishes what moves the number. That comes in under what a boutique agency charges, for two reasons we would rather say than have you wonder about: our overheads are a fraction of a city agency’s, and we have no client case studies yet, so we are not charging for the certainty a portfolio buys.
Do we have to pay for an audit first?
No, and we would rather you did not. The scan is free and instant, the twenty-minute call is free, and between them they answer the question most firms are actually asking. A paid diagnostic exists for anyone who wants the whole picture written down, and its fee comes off your first invoice if you book anything.
What does "the risk is ours" mean in practice?
On a care plan, hosting, uptime, security patching, backups, the automations we built and the AI products we set up all sit on our side of the line. If it breaks at 2am it is our problem, not a ticket you raise. What it does not mean is a 24-hour helpdesk: we are a small studio, our response windows are published, and they are deliberately under-promised.
Have you built an AI receptionist before?
Not yet for a client, and we will not pretend otherwise. The website and visibility engineering is what we do every day, and you can inspect it directly: this site is built the way yours would be, and the free scan scores us on the same rubric we would run on you. The AI products are new lines. The price reflects that you are early, and the care plan puts the risk of that on us rather than you. What we will not do is show you a case study that does not exist.
Why not just hire a freelancer, or do this in-house?
Often you should, and we will say so. A freelancer is the right call when the job is one well-defined piece and somebody at your firm can specify it and check it. In-house is right when the work is continuous and you have someone senior enough to own it. We are the right call when the pieces have to fit together and nobody on your side wants to own the seams: the site, the thing that answers, the automation behind it, and the hosting it all runs on. Most firms end up with a web designer, an SEO contractor, an IT person and whoever set up the CRM three years ago, and the gaps between them are where the work stalls. One team means nobody gets to say the problem belongs to someone else.
Who actually does the work?
John Weeks does. There is no account manager relaying requirements to a subcontractor, which is only possible because we run few projects at once. That is also why the calendar sometimes says no, and we would rather tell you that than take the deal.
